Αγαπητά μέλη του ΔΣ περιφέρειας,
Αγαπητοί Πρόεδροι, Γραμματείς, PDG’s και μέλη των Chapters,

Κατά αρχήν θα ήθελα να σας ευχηθώ καλή χρονιά, για το νέο έτος, που ξεκίνα με αρκετές προκλήσεις για όλους μας!

Όπως γνωρίζετε κάθε χρόνο (μέσα στο Φεβρουάριο) έχουμε το ενδιάμεσο Συνέδριο της Περιφέρειας, στο οποίο γίνετε ενημέρωση από όλα τα τμήματα για της δραστηριότιτές τους, ενημέρωση της Περιφέρειας και εργαστήρια επάνω σε διάφορα επίκαιρα θέματα.

Φέτος θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Αθήνα στις 17 & 18 Φεβρουαρίου στο ξενοδοχείο Metropolitan (http://www.chandris.gr/metropolitanathens/default-gr.html). Την φιλοξενία θα έχει το τμήμα του Χολαργού HJ10.

Την Παρασκευή 17/2 θα γίνει συνεδρίαση του ΔΣ και εγγραφές συνέδρων.
Το Σάββατο 18/2 η εργασίες του Συνεδρίου θα αρχίσουν στις 09:00 το πρωί μέχρι τις 18:00 περίπου το απόγευμα.
Μεταξύ 14:30-17:00 θα γίνουν τρία εργαστήρια ταυτόχρονα:

  1. Το ρόλο και τις υποχρεώσεις τον Πρόεδρων και Αντιπρόεδρων
  2. Το ρόλο και τις υποχρεώσεις του Γραμματέα
  3. Το ρόλο και τις υποχρεώσεις του Ταμεία

Το Σάββατο το βράδυ πιθανόν να υπάρχει κάποια εκδήλωση και κόψιμο βασιλόπιτας.
Τις επόμενες ημέρες θα λάβετε περισσότερες πληροφορίες καθώς και τις ειδικές τιμές δωματίων που θα μας δώσει το ξενοδοχείο.

Οι πρόεδροι και οι γραμματείς των τμημάτων, έχουν υποχρέωση να ενημερώσουν ΑΜΕΣΑ τα μέλη των τμημάτων τους. Είναι μια πολύ καλή ευκαιρία να έρθουν τα μέλη από όλα τα τμήματα για να εκπαιδευτούν και να ενημερωθούν για τις δομές της οργάνωσης μας, έτσι ώστε επιστρέφοντας στα τμήματα τους, να τους κάνουν την αντίστοιχη ενημέρωση. Επίσης σημαντικό, είναι να έχουμε μια δυναμική παρουσία, δεδομένου ότι στην έναρξη του συνεδρίου, θα παραβρεθούν οι αρχές της πόλης.

Παρακαλώ να ενημερώσετε την Περιφέρεια στις ακόλουθες διευθύνσεις ταυτόχρονα (governor@ahepahellas.org, secretary@ahepahellas.org, pdrizopoulos@yahoo.gr) με μια πρώτη εκτίμηση του αριθμού τον μελών από κάθε τμήμα που θα συμμετάσχουν στο συνέδριο έως τις 20 Ιανουαρίου και μετά με οριστικούς αριθμούς συμμετασχόντων έως της 10 Φεβρουαρίου.

Dear members of the DL, Chapter Presidents, Secretaries, PDG’s and Chapters members,

First of all I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year which begins with plenty of challenges for all!

As you all well know each year we hold our MWC during the month of February. During the MWC the chapters get the opportunity to inform all the district of their activities and projects, the District informs the brothers of its activities and we have the opportunity to follow and participate and trained in various in workshops on different topics of interest.

This year the MWC will be held in Athens on the 17 & 18 February at the Metropolitan Hotel (http://www.chandris.gr/metropolitanathens/default-gr.html). Chapter HJ10 Cholargo will be our host this year.

On Friday 17/2 the DL will meet and registration will begin.
On Saturday 18/2 the MWC will begin at 09:00 and will end at approximately 18:00.
Between 14:30-17:00 three workshops will be held simultaneously:

  1. The role and responsibilities of the Chapter President and Vice-President
  2. The role and responsibilities of the Chapter Secretary
  3. The role and responsibilities of the Chapter Treasurer

Saturday night we might have an event and cut the Vasilopita (to be confirmed).
During the coming days further information will be given regarding the program and special discounted prices for the hotel.

The Chapter Presidents and Secretaries must inform immediately their chapter members. This is a very good opportunity for brothers from all the chapters to participate, get informed and educated in regards to the structure and operation of our fraternal organization. Additionally, these brothers will be able to take this knowledge back to their chapters and disseminate this information to their fellow brothers. Additionally, please note that it is important to have a strong showing since at the beginning of the conference we will have the cities representatives making opening remarks.

Please advise the District at the following e-mail addresses simultaneously (governor@ahepahellas.org, secretary@ahepahellas.org, pdrizopoulos@yahoo.gr) an estimate of the number of brothers from each chapter that will be attending the MWC by the 20th of January and the final attendance lists by the 10th of February.
