Dear brothers,
I am pleased to send you the Information Package of the Region 10 Convention/Conference which will take place in Stuttgart, Germany from 9 to 11 October 2015. It has been prepared by the Stuttgart Chapter and in particular brother Christos Salonikios.

When we meet in Stuttgart, it will be in Oktoberfest season and so hotels would be scarce. In the Information brochure you will find hotel suggestions. Please ensure that you make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The reservations should be made directly by you as the Chapter will not be in a position to do that.
You will also need to make your airline reservations. AEGEAN flies into Stuttgart from Greece. In your areas, however, other airlines may fly into Stuttgart. Here too, please reserve your seats as soon as possible. You receive better fares now than later.
As regards the meetings, we would very much appreciate your suggestions on what areas you would like us to cover. This way we will be in a better position to develop a more meaningful program for the event.
We are planning for a welcome dinner on Friday, 9 October in an ‘Oktoberfest’ envirinonment with the brothers and wives.
The meetings will take place on Saturday, October 10. The proceedings will end with a Gala Dinner on Saturday night, open to all. Sunday is left open for siteseeing or departures.
